Who We Are
JMM Safeguarding Consultancy was founded by a specialist with direct experience in children's healthcare, education, and child protection practice. Having worked as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and trainer, our founder recognised a critical gap: organisations needed practical, expert safeguarding support they could actually afford and act on.
Today, JMM supports nurseries, childminders, schools, clubs, and charities, helping them build robust, genuine safeguarding cultures that protect children and give leaders confidence.
JMM is an independent consultancy. It is not Ofsted, CQC or a statutory safeguarding authority.
